Your domain name is more than likley 10$ per year and the hosting could be $3.95 p/m as you pay for the domain name and the hosting “seperately” but you may get them as a package.

Trust me, you need to get a hosting account and then purchase Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Expression Web.
